[Asterisk-bsd] getting callerid from spa3k to asterisk

so i just tested by removing the spa3k-out context from sip.conf.
it works.  i now get callerid.  thanks for the clue that put me
on the path.

now, how do i get inbound and outbound both working?  hmmmm.
maybe i jusy use the inbound context to place the call by
adding a fromuser= to the inbound context?
