[Asterisk-bsd] x101p on FreeBSD 4.10

I've tried building both the 0.8_1 and "nightly snapshot" from 
http://www.voip-info.org/wiki-FreeBSD+zaptel without success..
They both build, but neither recognizes the FXO card on kldload.

Adding some print statements in wcfxo_probe seems to indicate it
never gets called to scan the bus.

Am I missing something?
