then prepaid for a specific route which lasted for<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>a short period; I was then repeatedly
promised capacity which either didn't materialise or,<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>if it did, again lasted for a matter of
hours.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>So I'm after a refund of my credit with
them, and have been (on and off) since the start<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>of the year. Yaro doesn't want to
make this easy - it was a 10 day process in January, and<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>I'm told that it's a 30 day process
now. Clearly this is nonsense for what appears to be a <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>two-person firm; Ovetel isn't (in spite of
what their website says) Tata.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
