Following various<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>postings of theirs on here, I tested and then prepaid for a specific route which lasted for<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>a short period; I was then repeatedly promised capacity which either didn't materialise or,<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>if it did, again lasted for a matter of hours.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>So I'm after a refund of my credit with them, and have been (on and off) since the start<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>of the year. Yaro doesn't want to make this easy - it was a 10 day process in January, and<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I'm told that it's a 30 day process now.
