The Sangoma card has a loopback network interface and audio is streamed to it via RTP, meaning that you have to have a private, local subnet for each Sangoma transcoder card. However, the big advantage is that Sangoma can get up to 480 sessions in a single card (D100-480) vs. the ~120 that you get with Digium. If you are needing large concurrencies then Sangoma has a strong advantage.<o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal> <o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal>/BAK/<o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal> <o:p></o:p></p></div><div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:9.0pt'>-- </span><o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:9.0pt'>Ben Klang</span><o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:9.0pt'>Chief Visionary</span><o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:9.0pt'>Verendus</span><o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:9.0pt'>404.475.4841</span><o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:9.0pt'><a href="mailto:bklang@verendus.com">bklang@verendus.com</a></span><o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:9.0pt'> </span><o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><i><span style='font-size:9.0pt'>Insightful Technology Solutions</span></i><o:p></o:p></p></div></div><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><div><p class=MsoNormal>Regards,<br><br>Dovid<br><br><br>-- <br>_____________________________________________________________________<br>-- Bandwidth and Colocation Provided by <a href="http://www.api-digital.com">http://www.api-digital.com</a> --<br><br>asterisk-biz mailing list<br>To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit:<br> <a href="http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-biz">http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-biz</a><o:p></o:p></p></div></div><p class=MsoNormal> <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p></div></body></html>
