360Networks, Level3, Global Crossing, XO (sorta does), and then some smaller ones. However you have to have 2 contacts one with one of these carriers for the voice portion and then a contract with Syniverse for the SMS portion. The SMS portion most likely will be via SMPP and not SIP.<br>
