<p class="MsoNormal">We routinely do a lot of large-quantity ports using Paetec (<a href="http://www.paetec.com/" target="_blank">www.paetec.com</a>). All of our IVR applications are hosted with them. Been pretty impressed with their responsiveness, price-point, and ease of migrations.</p>
