<div>I think you are misunderstood something. For a 20 seat call center telco's mostly offer E1 not a Fiber anyhow if you have something like a STM1 link then you should look for more expensive equipments like SDH and so. I think its far beyond Asterisk and the Call center issue. As other dudes mentioned you need better understanding of the terms, in the current case about transmission technics and media.</div>
