Installers who have not dealt with Linux and don't care what runs under the hood of a phone system they are selling these and don't know how to setup IPTables, OpenVPN, etc.<br>
<br>Hopefully Digium will make some changes to the platform to better secure these systems out of the box and distribute security documentation for the installers.<br>
