Hi guys,<br>I have the following problem<br>I have a polycom 650 that is provisioned with 6 lines all to the same extention!<br>When I&#39;m on line 1 talking to some one and I have a ring comming in I can see that some one is on a second line but who is calling I don&#39;t see it on a screen!<br>
How can I solve this problem?<br>I have a latest polycom firmaware. <br>
