for Asterisk Load Balance setup

I'm looking for a consultant who's available to help me setup a
very simple Asterisk load balance infrastructure. It's currently a 3 server
setup, however will need to scale it in the next several months. Have looked
into DUNDi and OpenSIPS, although open for discussion. I'd like to make sure
that I can shut down 2 out of the 3 boxes, and my network of SIP gateways
still work (ofcourse, even if the load will increase while the other gateways
get put back up).

Please send me your rate, how long you think it'll
take for you to complete this job as well as some background info on yourself
(CV if required). I'd need it documented so it can be handed off to future
personell.

thanks.
