centers and loop charges are different for each data center. <br>
Your cost depends on how many rate center you cover. if you want to cover only
one rate center then the price wont be bad, but when you start adding different
rate centers then XO can turn out to be really expensive. <br>

there are some areas<br>
where its cheaper to get the loop, places where the loop is just a cross<br>
connect in a shared data center so no loop cost, and other places where<br>
the loop is quite expensive (relative to somewhere else).<br>

Then you get the service that you want, whether its pri or not, etc.<br>
<br>
In short you have not given enough information for people to give you<br>
something other than guesses on these variables, or a really long list<br>
of the different costs and such which is probably less likely to happen.<br>
