Asterisk with a2billing works great for calling cards and other things. If<br>
you want something cheap and reliable you should go with this combination.<br>
There are many guys available to install this solution with cluster/load<br>
balance. If you need my help, i can help you out too.<br>
It will cost you around $1000 and a day to get your calling card platform<br>
ready and working.<br>
