hardphones with dial pad's and rj11 headset instead of buying phone and

polycom, snom, cisco, linksys. Pick a model based on<br>
- do you need power over ethernet ?<br>
- do you need them to have a built in switch ?<br>
- How many lines will your agents handle ?<br>
- do you need busy lamp fields<br>
- do they need to be provisioned through tftp ?:<br>
