<pre wrap="">We purchase a LERG database from Telecordia (updates not super accurate, you will need to purchase access to porting database) with details about DID location. I know for sure, dsl providers use the same because we got the length of cable from home outlet to CO.
Billing Concepts has a similar product and you pay per query and you get actual location (full address).
