I have BE but didn't bother to try video.&nbsp; from what I remember, there

is some support for video in BE but it is unreliable.&nbsp; I just went to

1.4 where it works nicely!&nbsp; I have installed several 1.4 servers with

video.<br>

Touch screen LCD with FOP is a GREAT idea if it "just works".  So does it?

If it is a very nice office, give her a touch screen LCD with FOP.  She 

will love it.  Not only will she know who is on the phone but who they 

are talking to and for how long.  She can also transfer calls by sliding 

her finger.  She may not like this at first but I think it will grow on 

her and will certainly be a whiz-bang feature to show the directors.
