<br>If someone would ask you for an affordable Asterisk canned (aka nice GUI)<br>solution for 5-10 Agents. What other alternatives would you suggest, along with<br>Trixbox?<br><br>The features I need:<br>- Calls recording (administrative and on agent demand)
<br>- Calls monitoring (by supervisor)<br>- ACD/IVR menu<br><br>Druid does not apply as it does not apply calls recording, so which else?<br><br>
