I found that I was able to get a better rate when dealing directly with the end provider. Example: I was looking for a PRI and was quoted from <a href="http://bandwidth.com">bandwidth.com</a> which wasn't too bad, but I called ATT and told the sales guy what I was quoted, and was offered a lower rate.
