With all due respect - I just went through all my mail accounts, and
found two announcements from SellVOIP - one on 3/19, and another on
4/3.

The 3/19 message states that you have enabled the "LitePortal" which
includes Balance Notification, Auto-Recharge, Channel-Based DID
support. You also mentio the 1% bonus on Auto-Recharge for
transactions over $25. Additionally, there is comment about the beta
of Voicemail, and the conclusion of CallerID Name beta on inbond
calls.

Your 4/3 message mentions the "recent announcement of infrastructure
upgrades." You mention that you have started to "move a large
portion of our origination services to this new infrastructure." You
then continue to mention that you are aware of a subset of DID's that
did not successfully move, and that there might be more that you do
not know about, requesting a ticket to be opened for those.

These are the only announcements that I have anywhere in my mail,
including trashes (which go to well beyond that date) or even in my
mail server logs.

None of these messages state what needs to be changed, nor has there
been any other messages. Attempts to contact you have been extremely
hit and miss, and you know my specific situation; one for which I've
been waiting for a resolution for quite some time now.

As has been requested by others on this list previously, it would be
*very nice* to have a contact phone number for you and/or your
company since none of the phone numbers listed anywhere on your
website work - not the main number, and not even the beta for the
voicemail system...

So, the reson this is up on the list is clear - I am not the only one
asking for information that you and/or your company seems to be
unable to provide to your customers... At least I don't feel quite
so alone at this point, not that it helps out at all...

Another email went out to that same list on 04/02 announcing IP, as well
as other changes unless you removed yourself from the list. That said, I
will make sure someone updates any public pages by tomorrow with the new
information, I was not aware, and thank you for pointing it out.

The last e-mail announcement I got from SellVOIP was in March, titled
"Exciting News from SellVOIP.NET" and it was about the new portal.
Nothing about changing from static IPs to DNS entries.
I even went to the troubleshooter site off the support page and had it
generate me a new recommended sip.conf section, and even *it* still uses
static IP's. If there was a change-over, I would have expected it to
have been sung from the hills...updates on the main page, updated
troubleshooter, the works. I entered a trouble-ticket on April 26th
that I'm no longer able to register and haven't heard a peep since.
It's probably the change-over from static IP to using DNS entries that's
causing it, but when the generated recommended settings say to use a
specific IP, that's what I use. :)
