<br>Hello,<br><br>I am looking for someone to program an * box (we can load the OS, get it on the internet etc.) with ACD functionality.<br><br>We
will have Polycom phones - behind different NAT's - that will register
to * via SIP. We would like multiple companies on the same box (they
should not be able to see each other). If that is an issue please let
me know.
<br><br>Requirements:<br>1. Real time control panel for the
administrators, who is logged in, who is on a call - I looked at FOP,
not sure if it can do that.<br>2. Reporting for the administrators. How many calls etc.<br>
3. We want round robin hunting, if an agent does not answer a call, they will be logged out<br>4. Have multiple queues for different companies<br>5. Option to drop to a vm box after a certain amount of time<br>6. Custom MOH for each companies queue.
<br>7. Have each queue answer calls for our SIP provider. They can
give us the username/password for the SIP acccount associated with each
queue<br>8. A document describing how to make changes.<br>9. Must use * real time - database integration
<br><br>Nice to have:<br>1. A web interface for the agents to login/log out & view their status<br>2.
Even better would be a system tray applet that could flash when they
are loggged out. They could right click and get a menu that allows
them to log in & out. Not sure if anyone has written something
like that
<br><br>I don't think there is anything really hard or anything that isn't already around, I just want a pro to set it up for us.<br><br>Please provide quotes and any other information you find nessacary.<br><br>Thank you,
