Can someone explain to me how the architecture of an Asterisk + IVR +
billing solution?  How does billing interface with IVR?  How
does IVR interface with Asterisk, etc?  Is there existing
documentation that explains this in detail?    What is
considered the best IVR/Billing solution for asterisk at the various
price points?<br>
