Hi, we are running an Asterix IVR on a server; the IVR is linked to a database that we query for data. We are having some issue and are looking for consultant for help. The consultant needs to debug the system. The consultant needs to have extensive experience with Asterisk and database
We are having some issues with:
1, Quality of sound
2, Speed of response (sometimes it takes 2 seconds to get a response other time 1 minute)
This issue could be from Asterisk or the database script
3, Come up with a plan on how to monitor the system for quality in sounds and average time of response
