local call center to develop a Tertiary 911 services geared for VoIP

found so far, it seems that existing tertiary services are really priced outside
of the VoIP markets. The existing ILECs are also coming up with ridiculous
pricing structures (such as Bell Canada's $2300/month). We're looking
closer to a much smaller monthly fee but with a more appropriate per call
charge.</SPAN></DIV>

be to have a central database of VoIP customers (only visible/maintained by
their respective providers through a web portal or automated update feed) that
would provide the operators with their callerid and address information.
We would then cross-reference that information with a maintained list of Fire,
Police, Ambulance numbers.</SPAN></DIV>
