and Jeremy’s comments on building out our own 911 network, it doesn’t
look like that is going to be an solution that is acceptable to the FCC right
now. They expect us to connect, in whatever fashion we can manage, to the
existing 911 infrastructure and make our technology work and to do it quickly. Right
now this is being proposed and the order drawn up without ANY interconnection
rights. Try getting an RLEC to negotiate with us. Some will, most won’t.
It doesn’t matter if you are facilities based or not. If your device is
mobile you will still need to interconnect with EVERY PSAP/selective router in
the country.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
