[asterisk-biz] Customer needs US DIDs

2. Customer needs around 400 DIDs sent to a SIP address.

3. Inbound volume to these DIDs will be high but they only really need 30 concurrent channels

4. Load will be spread over around 40 DIDs per block with the block changing every few days

5. Cost in not the most important factor.
