call-center monitoring and reporting solution for Asterisk.

QueueMetrics Live gets you the wealth of statistics and reporting
options that QueueMetrics offers with a model where you can get up and
running in a matter of minutes. The idea is that by adding a local
loader to your existing Asterisk PBX - be it an appliance, an
on-premise system or a cloud system - you can get the functionality of
QueueMetrics to monitor and run your call-center without the need to
install or maintain a full QueueMetrics instance. We take care of
everything - backups, upgrades and system administration.
