voice quality impairments detection library.

Passive Voice Quality Analyzer is a pure waveform analysis on actual call
audio that can be used both for real-time and post call analysis providing
voice quality impairments detection on any audio chunk of the call. PVQA
software implements innovative approach for receiving MOS scores of real
time voice records and deliver information on the reasons for voice quality
degradation that had impact on quality.
