Well, I could perfectly outperform on the tasks they are asking in the job
description for, perhaps, 35k/year. I live in a cheaper country so that
"low" salary won't be much of a problem for me.

If they're willing to pay that money, they should definitely consider
outsourcing. I believe that the best resume of a programmer is a Google
query of his name, so, if they want to hire competent personnel with a low
budget, they just need to open their minds to telecommuting.

BTW, I applied to this job.
