[asterisk-biz] Canada DIDs

Hi - I have a footprint in USA, UK, Israel, Switzerland for calling cards
and international forwarding numbers, with about 60k-80k minutes of traffic
each month.

What is your pricing for DIDs -- either per minute, a 2 channel DID, or
something with many channels for a calling card?
My canadian user base is quite low at the moment, I don't think I could
meet any volume commitments quite yet.
