[asterisk-biz] Wholesale voip providers? Who did you have a good experience with?

net2phone does international with a $100 minimum topup. You probably don't
want to use them for domestic, though.
But like sip routes, you'll have to sign up an account with a sales rep
which will probably involve a phone call.

SIP routes isn't like icall or any other carrier I've seen- siproutes gives
you access to many carriers and you choose which ones you want to use, or
just to LCR all of them.
Siproutes only does North America as of now.
