[asterisk-biz] E911 Providers

Does anyone have experience with and a recommendation for an E911
provider that works well with Asterisk?

Must Haves:

-Must work with any DID, not only those sold by the E911 provider
-911 traffic should be passed via SIP to the E911 provider

Would Likes:

-End-user portal for customers to update/manage numbers, rebrandable
-Ability to specify GPS coordinates as location for customers without
a physical address

Any pointers, tips, recommendations?
