[asterisk-biz] OT: TINET vs. HE

Dovid,

I really depends on where you are in the world and where your customers are.
HE is decent if you're near a peering point (especially in the US). However
if you're in Europe, TINET is better connected.

I don't have any experience troubleshooting with either company.
