[asterisk-biz] Fwd: Asterisk Cards Distributors (Spam and Trademark Infringment

When I saw the subject line, I thought that a new wholesaler was selling
Digium Cards to Distributors.

The name infringement is blatant.

This is not like a few years ago when Digium had Google pull all add that
mentioned Asterisk debacle.  The outcry was so loud, and a case for being
able to use Asterisk in Adwords was strong, so Digium reversed that
position.

Many people got shafted on that rescinded decision.

This Spam should certainly be brought to the attention of google, which I am
doing by writing this.

Asterisk compatible or whatever, rather than "Asterisk Cards", would be
acceptable advertising, but they way it is written is very misleading.

Actually, no matter how they termed it, it would not be acceptable to me
since it is spam.
