[asterisk-biz] Spammer alert: Sevana

I'm now getting bounce messages from mailing lists I've never heard of 
for my "Please remove me" message to their mailing list. These clowns 
have evidently added every mailing list address they can find to their 
own mailing list! Oh joy!
