So your saying you are lowering your bar of excellence in order to get more
"Qualified" people?

Do the questions change?  Two questions?  For how much subject matter?  Does
the video give them the answers directly, or is it an answer they have to
derive from using logic and subject matter.

When you have no idea on a multiple guess test, pick "C", because
statistically that is your best bet.

I took a class and a test on taking tests, pretty funny that it included
advice like above.  Scored a 1390 on my SAT with a hangover.

If these "Qualified" people are going to be doing tech support for US
callers, you can expect a huge backlash.  Especially when it comes to a
business phone system and a 40% knowledge of Asterisk and VoIP.
