I really didn't spend too much on the linked page... it talks about "TN"
without telling us what "TN" is.

In any case, it seems to be about immigrant workers. I think our Canadian
friend plans to head home after three days.

Although my experience is that not everything works after three days...

You absolutely need a permit to legally work. Many lawyers can help you.
