We are a RESP ORG with 15K+ toll-free numbers, 499A, looking for an  
alternate carrier we can use for inbound Canada/Extended Toll Free  
traffic (about 25K Canadian minutes/mo). Not necessarily looking to  
change our US48 TF origination, but might be willing to explore that  
as well (750K minutes/mo). Usage growing 3% month-over-month.

Looking for $0 MRC + usage, automated order entry, fast provision. IP  
interconnect at One Wilshire preferred.

Any suggestions?
