Guatemala - issues with VOIP.  Or ITFS number . 

Dominican Republic - We have a source for this but couldn't get it to work
right.  (Spanish recording)

Columbia - web test underway.  VOIP didn't work - Working on this currently.

Costa Rica - need to evaluate options

Nicaragua - need to evaluate options

Ecuador - need to evaluate options

Honduras - need to evaluate options

El Salvador - need to evaluate options
