Well, you won't buy their stuff because their presentation wasn't to your standards but they're not trying to sell to you. There will be many others who would get their message right.
I got suppliers in many places where communication could be an issue but not a barrier. You don't need to be a native english speaker to be part of and excel in today's global market place. Imagine what Einstein would have felt like if he were told that he needed to be a native english speaker to write his theories!
