[asterisk-biz] UK (or European) SIP provider that allows setting of outbound caller ID

Hi All,
 
I'm looking for a local SIP provider that allows me to set outbound caller ID. 
 
I'm located in the UK and I'm currently using Voipjet, but their call quality is not always the best. 
 
Any pointers will be much appreciated.
