I am looking for a CLEC partnership for a opportunity to send in
International traffic.  We are looking for a CLEC who already have
circuits and equipments in place and have abundant circuits to work
with us.  We may also be interested in subleasing an entire OC-3
circuits or work out on a revenue sharing basis.
