[asterisk-biz] Skype for Asterisk Project Experience

Hi,

We hope to develop a solution to enable a mobile service provider to provide
service to their mobile users to call directly from their mobiles phones to
Skype. We plan to use Digium "Skype for Asterisk add-on channel driver" for
this. The requirement is that mobile network is integrated with Skype
through Asterisk and therefore end mobile users can directly call Skype
users without any software/application installed on mobile phones

1. Is there anyone who has this experience and who can develop a similar
solution?
2. Does anyone know whether there are any legal issues with Skype in using
similar solution? if so, any mitigation?
