Yes. There are 3 levels of customization within Enswitch:

1. You can change the headers, footers, colors, logos, etc, on a per 
rate plan basis. This allows you to present different brands to 
different sets of customers. If you have resellers they can also rebrand 
on a per rate plan basis. This requires no HTML skills.

2. You can edit the HTML templates to give complete control over the 
web. This requires basic HTML skills.

3. You can create your own web front end which talks to the Enswitch 
SOAP API. This requires substantial development skills.
