[asterisk-biz] A 90 second questionnaire on open source companies and their success factors

Dear Participant,

I'm a postgraduate student of University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka, engaged in
a research study for the partial fulfillment of MBA in IT program conducted
by the university.

The survey is carried out in order to gather information for a study on open
source companies and their success factors. I have sent a questionnaire
previously with many questions on open source companies but I did not get
enough responses maybe because the questionnaire was too long. Because of
this reason, I have reduced the questionnaire to only five questions since I
have to gather the information as soon as possible.
