[asterisk-biz] Quality terms..

Folks,

While choosing a carrier, there are certain parameters that should be
understood. Does anyone (e.g. a supplier) have any data on what those terms
are and what they mean?
Its a business relevant information and hence the posting here. Hoping to
get some answers.

PS: I am interested in explanation for terms such as ASR, ACD etc and what
they actually mean? A pointer to the webpage explaining the details would
suffice as well.
