jiaxclient has been around for years.

Your website states "Users are not required to download any software,
surrender personal information, or even use a phone."

That is a lie since you have to download a java app.

Back on topic.

You can use AMI and Jabber to integrate pretty much any hand rolled CRM.
There are ways of adding jabber to your browsers so you can pop the browser
to a certain screen and all kinds of other goodies.
