[asterisk-biz] Alternative to QueueMetrics

Talking Voice, you forgot to mention which product you were referring to.

QueueMetrics has also  contacted me and I am considering their product
seriously. This is because I know they are a around ever since I am in the
asterisk based VoIP industry. But if anybody wants to propose anything
similar or better, I an open for a comparison.

As for Crystal Clear Call Center, its interface was not very inviting so I
did't spare time (which I don't have much) to explore it in detail. But
seems like it is not very detailed.
