[asterisk-biz] Partition of Sylantro or BroadWorks

I've recently been asked to do some research by a company looking to
move into the USA with a service like this.

As resellers what is it that you guys are looking for when choosing to
partner with a vendor for hosted pbx/call center services?

Is it functionality for the end user (new services and features etc)?
Or wholesaler functionality - api's etc.
Price of the services (either retail or wholesale percentages for your
services)?
Reliability or SLA rebates?

Just curious what drives the decision making process and if someone was
to break into this market space what is it that would drive you to
either transfer all your customers over or to begin selling them into
new opportunities.

Commpartners (www.commpartners.us).  That's all they do - sell wholesale

partitions on their Broadsoft.
