I have bought this device for $39, it includes the Jack + one year
subscription.

I called any US Numbers and also Canada Cell and Land line in Ontario, All
worked fine.

There is no SPAM on their Program, it is just their own advertising that
says if you want to call to UK, GErmany and .... You have to pay for the
extra fee of about 2 cents per min for landlines!

As I checked it, their are using Asterisk. Also You will get a DID for Free.
