	Please reply OFF-LIST, anyone with a legitimate offer to my request. I
want to buy at the lowst rate minutes in originating connections that I
initiate to you via SIP, that you terminate by TDM to the PSTN, that all
terminate at a single non-RBOC ILEC? G.711, 5MM. No DIDs (the
termination receiver already has them) or ATAs. Please reply OFF-LIST.

	FWIW, I've tried to send this request to the -biz list 5 times in the
past two weeks, but the list never accepts them (or bounces them). So
